Our recent stay at Hotel Makar Sport & Wellness was delightful. We stayed for three nights, and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, and the addition of a kitchen corner was a great asset. We also loved the nice dining terrace and the free access to the sauna and pool. The superior room we stayed in was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. we had a great experience at Makar Sport & Wellness.

Despite the few minor issues we encountered, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

It is marvellous hotel. Quiet and nice location. The staff is polite and very helpful. Spacious rooms with modern furniture and comfortable bads. Great breakfest buffet and delicious evening meals. The wellness center fantastic and brand new. Congratulations to the cleaning staff. We will be back to stay for longer next time.

No coffee and tea maker in the room.

There are lot of things I didn't like during my stay, actually, there was nothing I did like. First of all, when we found the hotel - it wasn't a hotel shown in the picture at all. Hotel shown in the picture is not opened yet!! We got a room (that was classified as a standard room in a 4-star hotel) that could barely be classified as 2-star hotel room. We had never used linen that weren't washed and smelled on plastic, under bed sheet you could see lot of hair - disgusting! You are entering the rooms outside of the hotel. Breakfast was really poor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone since thinking that you are booking a standard room in a 4-star hotel and getting a room that I personally would rate as a motel room is a fraud!

Good room facilities, nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast. Large tidy room with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Small balcony with city view. Amazing wellness area.

The Sport Hotel Concept is excellent. The facilities were superb and readily available at no charge. The staff were welcoming and most spoke good english. The hotel is only a 20min walk to the City centre. It was outstanding value for money with an excellent restaurant as well.

I was impressed with the way the staff especially the Manager Gabor& Orsolua helped me out over and above their duties, in what was a difficult time for me due to an bereavement. I hope to return to Hungary and again will not hesitate to contact you again to stay at this Hotel. I wished I could have stayed longer and have told friends and family about you and this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. The hotel also had great sports and wellness facilities, perfect to relax after a long day of work.

The amenities were a bit outdated and there were some minor cleaning issues. Also, communication with the cleaning staff was a bit difficult if you didn't speak the local language. Finally, the lack of international TV channels and dead plants on the dining terrace were a bit of a disappointment. a decent choice for a business trip if you're not too picky about the amenities.

Clean and comfortable room with free access to the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi,.. Good and varied breakfast included in the price. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.

We stayed one night in a superior room in November. Modern hotel and the room was beautiful and clean. The Breakfast was excellent, the staff was helpful. It was outstanding value for money.

The Makar Sport & Wellness hotel in Pecs offers a variety of amenities that greatly enhance the overall stay. the database provided accurate information about the hotel's features. The rooms for one in the chosen category have windows that open to the inside terrace and the main path, allowing for a refreshing view and easy access to the hotel's facilities. the rooms themselves are exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the presence of an air conditioning unit, especially considering the warm temperatures in Southern Hungary.

While my overall impression of the Makar Sport & Wellness hotel was very positive, there was one minor drawback that I noticed during my stay. According to the provided database, the breakfast options consisted mostly of Hungarian cuisine, with scrambled eggs, sausages, and salami being the primary offerings.

We stayed in a "Budget" room: a little too old furbished but very clean and comfortable. It was a little cottage like, with parking in front of the door: very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

The sport/wellness facilities are excellent, the staff is nice and helpful. Nice view from the balcony. The room was big, very nice, and clean. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff and some reception staff did a great job. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was delicious. The facilities for wellness and sport are very nice. Good location with enough parking spaces.

We spend 3 nights in this modern hotel. Very comfortable, very clean, the staff very helpful, with excellent pool, sauna and others spa facilities.

Nothing, all great.

We liked that it was very nice for good price. Swimming pool were good, and hotel room were fine, and breakfast was alright. We get to practise in aerobic hall, what was good for us, and we liked it much.

The room were outside of the other rooms, and very loud if someone talked outside, and bathroom were weird, more like the WC, sometimes it flushed, sometimes not. And saunas were off, that was sad, but other things were good.
